Has anyone negotiated an Agreement Permitting a Limited Enchroachment on Easement with ONEOK that may have a few tips? They are requiring indemnification, subrogation and insurance requirements not covered by OMAG, i.e. pollution coverage $10,000,000 and coverage of underground facilities.
