Hi everyone,

I'd like to invite you to join us in a documentation sprint this Wednesday, August 31. On Wednesday, the whole development team will be working on nothing but documentation all day and they could really use some extra eyes to review their what they write, to bounce ideas off, to make suggestions, etc. We have also found that some of our most thorough documentation is actually produced by our implementors and this would be a great opportunity to contribute to the docs with the assistance of the developers. We will all be hanging out in the IRC channel all day and I hope to see you there.

Thanks to those of your who responded to my call for documentation requests. I received some suggestions from the PAHMA implementation that should be helpful. If anyone else has any documentation they would like to request, please do so by tomorrow so I can add it to the list.

Thanks,
Heather

Subject: What do you need?

Hello implementers,

In order to create better documentation,  we need user stories to help with documentation for configuring CollectionSpace. What are you trying to make collectionspace do that you need help with? Please email a list to me or the list. These don't need to be particularly long descriptions, but should just state in plain language who you are (user or system administrator) and what you need to be able to do.

If you could please take some time before Friday, August 26, that would help keep us on schedule. If you have any questions please let me know.

Thanks everyone,

Heather Hart
