*Hello Gators,* The attached 2018 membership information letter includes new membership options that we will be offering for the first time in 2018. In case the information is not clear, there are three primary takeaways... 1. For ALL of our current members, the same membership option with the same benefits for the same fee that you paid in 2017 is still available and is expected to be the choice for the majority of our membership. This option is called a "Training Membership". 2. For those outside the Spring Valley Y's home area, primarily as a way to welcome past members that have moved away back into our Gator family, for the first time we are offering a new membership option known as a "Social Membership". As a way to kick off this option, we are presenting former Gator Eric Afre (relocated to Columbus, Ohio) with the first Social membership starting immediately.... Welcome back, Eric! Social memberships will be available to others outside the area starting in January. These decisions were made after much thought and discussion between the club's leadership team and the Y's club staff liaisons, Beccy Lafferty and Tom Gallagher. And we're doing this on a trial basis for 2018. Depending on how things go, we may extend these options beyond 2018.
