You already pointed out key cost saving areas:
Anchoring vs Marina's
Cooking vs Restaurants

Tell us what type of boat you have or fuel burn rate for 6000 miles
And you have a fuel budget!
Add some unexpected cost contingency

You can get a pretty close estimate.

Remember, you already have a fixed daily cost and lifestyle
(How well you eat?, drink?, smoke?, health care?, etc.)

It is the differential cost of looping you look at now
Fuel?, boat insurance maybe,
Add a marina stay once or twice a week?

And no matter what....
Don't talk yourself out of doing it!
You will never regret it.
