The permits for the Nonquon sewage lagoons in Port Perry are now
available either by going to the Regional waste transfer station on
Regional Road 8 in Port Perry during working hours or by going online at
Durham Region Birder Permit - Durham Region
https://forms.durham.ca/Works/Durham-Region-Birder-Permit.
One additional note ...the permit cost $15 this year which can be paid
by credit card over the phone or in person at the transfer station.
