FYI, this letter went up to the Hill today, urging elimination of the non-defense discretionary (NDD) caps on spending and an increase in the Labor-Health and Human Services-Education Subcommittee appropriations bill by at least a proportional share of whatever additional NDD money is available once the caps are eliminated. In other words, if they get rid the caps, then we’re asking them to make sure labor, health and education spending gets a fair share of the overall NDD spending increase. Jeff
