A member has several lawsuits arising out of scooter accidents on public sidewalks. They have tendered them to Lime scooters as additional insureds under the contract with Lime, but the tender has been denied. They are hoping to connect with others cities that have dealt with the issue of insurance tenders to scooter companies. Experience with Lime would be preferred, but any scooter company would be helpful.
