The pine grosbeaks were feeding in my crabapple tree again this morning, about 6 females.  I went  out with the camera and was taking some pictures when my neighbour pulled in with his truck and scared them off, that's when the whole flock joined up in mid-air and I realized there were a lot more of them.  I estimate about 20 in the flock, they swarmed around and went around the house before I could get an accurate count.

There were also some pine siskins mixed in with a small flock of goldfinches.

Glenburnie, north of Kingston, near the corner of Unity Rd. and Hwy 10 (Perth Rd.)
