Happy New Year!  The annual assessment was mailed to all property owners in
late December, and is due by the end of January.  Your on-time payment is
sincerely appreciated.  If you have not received your assessment mailing,
please contact any of the directors mailto:directors@vuecrest.net  or EMB
Management mailto:customerservice@embmanagement.com .

Call for Participation - Meeting Hosts

Thank you to the Amburns on Hilltop Road for hosting the January meeting of
the Vuecrest board!  Would you like to learn more about your community?
Hosting a monthly meeting is a great way!  If interested please contact Lisa
Bursett at vicepresident@vuecrest.net.

Egg Hunt Date

Please mark your calendars for March 23rd for our annual Egg Hunt!  We're
looking forward to seeing you there.

Storm and Surface Water Drainage - Please Communicate

Homeowners in parts of the Vuecrest plat are experiencing storm water
challenges - the Vuecrest board has heard from homeowners who have water in
their basements, soggy yards, standing water in low spots, and other issues,
every time it rains heavily.  Are you aware of storm and surface water
issues in Vuecrest?  The Vuecrest board would like to know.  Please describe
what you observe or experience, and email to rain@vuecrest.net.  Thank you.

Use Your Yard Waste Bins

Did you know you can use your yard waste bin year 'round?  There are lots of
things besides yard debris that can go in your yard waste bin:

Most All Food Scraps

.        Fruit and vegetable scraps

.        Meat, poultry and fish scraps (including bones)

.        Cheese and dairy scraps

.        All solid food leftovers -- bread, pasta and grains, eggshells and
nutshells, coffee grounds and filters, and tea bags

Most All Food-soiled Paper

.        Paper towels and napkins, paper food wrap

.        Pizza boxes and other food-soiled cardboard

.        Paper grocery bags containing food scraps

.        Uncoated paper plates and cups
