Storm and Surface Water Drainage - Please Communicate Homeowners in parts of the Vuecrest plat are experiencing storm water challenges - the Vuecrest board has heard from homeowners who have water in their basements, soggy yards, standing water in low spots, and other issues, every time it rains heavily. Fruit and vegetable scraps . Meat, poultry and fish scraps (including bones) . Cheese and dairy scraps . All solid food leftovers -- bread, pasta and grains, eggshells and nutshells, coffee grounds and filters, and tea bags Most All Food-soiled Paper . Paper towels and napkins, paper food wrap . Pizza boxes and other food-soiled cardboard . Paper grocery bags containing food scraps .
