The answer is Yes, Georges sends out a plea for donations to fund it every year and evidently gets enough funds to keep the forum alive for another year. That said, the group really isn't a Great Loop forum, but rather a list of "SnowBirds" (who are too "low on funds -- aka cheap) and can't afford or can't be bothered to read the forum posts on the AGLCA membership forum.
