Hi all,

Trying to push the Citation Authority code to GitHub, I get this message:

$ git push

ERROR: Permission to collectionspace/ui.git denied to SebSMK.

fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

My public key on Git works fine, so it seems like I've got to be given some access permission to git/collectionspace?

Best regards,

Sébastien

Hi Sébastien,

I think you're right, it's a permission issue for the collectionspace/ui
github account. But if you're aiming to contribute some code try making a
pull request via the branch your changes are held. There's a code
contribution workflow on the wiki, and here's the relevant part about
actually contributing the code:
http://wiki.collectionspace.org/display/collectionspace/End-User+Documentation%2C+QA+Test+Plan%2C+and+Code+Review+Process

Hope this helps,

  • Jesse
