In case anyone is interested there is an immature Say's Phoebe in Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers, NY, as of yesterday.  I saw it today in the late am where the handicapped parking lot is just north of the mini golf area.  It spends about 15 minutes or so there and then heads out northeast across the large field towards the bridge and disappears for a few hours but comes back to the same place.  It gave great looks.
