Hello All,
One significant correction to the information below... This week's
Wednesday evening run workout will be an "uncoached group run" on the
Perkiomen Trail. The time will be the same as usual... 6:15pm start. For
additional details, see the event posted to our Facebook group.
Also, the Thursday morning Tri Swim workout will be an "uncoached group
workout".
All other planned workouts (weather permitting) will proceed. If there are
any weather issues (including tonight) we will post updates to the Facebook
group.

For anyone that did not catch today's post in our Facebook group (and
we'll work to send out at least the monthly previews if not also the weekly
previews via email on a more regular basis)...
It's actually sort of a regular week for a change... The three most
noteworthy items pertain to...
(1) the fact that this will be the last week to take advantage of the
indoor lap pool as it will be closed for annual maintenance between August
20 and September 4.
(2) this is the final week for 6:30pm starts for our Tuesday and Thursday
night bike rides... We'll move to 6:15pm starting next week and then 6pm
starting in September.
(3) your next opportunity for a group OWS is this Saturday morning at
Blue Marsh! See details below.
Also, just a reminder that workouts taking place outside of the Y are open
to all members (social and regular) and workouts taking place at the Y are
open to all regular members.

SUNDAY 8/19: We do not have a club workout or event planned, but this
offers us the next opportunity to stalk one of our athletes throughout the
day as he takes on a great challenge!... Bill Cooney will be participating

up!
