The official word:

UPDATE CLOSURE ERIE CANAL BETWEEN LOCKS E23 TO E25 Mariners are advised
that the Erie Canal between Lock E-23 in Brewerton and Lock E-25 in Mays
Point are scheduled to re-open to navigation at 8 AM on Wednesday, June 19,
2013.
The Oswego is also opening at that time.
