Hi Mary,

Can you give me some information about your organization and the
environment that you are working in, so that I can better assist you?

Best Regards,
Penelope

Subject: [Talk] installation errors -- Please HELP

Dear everyone,

I got this database error from installing collectionspace.

2010-08-12 10:01:50,261 ERROR
[org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.relations.services.RelationService] Error while
initializing graph versionned-annotation
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.hp.hpl.jena.shared.JenaException: The
database appears to be unformatted or corrupted and
an attempt to automatically format the database has failed

I have attached server.log for your reference. I removed all databases (of
course tables as well) and the same error still occurs. I really literally
drop all the databases and recreated new ones so no tables were missed.

Your help is greatly appreciated in advance.

Best,

Mary
