Today's call provided a lot of helpful information and suggested some follow up for the group. One of the call participants just entered a case with what looks like it will be a complicated and huge ediscovery requirement. I think it might be helpful if we were able to share the names of companies that cities are using for ediscovery and the costs. So please forward me names of the companies you use and if possible what the costs are. Also, we discussed one member's defense of a set-aside program and it looks likely that we ought to share the names of experts who regularly testify in those cases as I believe it is probably a relatively small field. If you could let me know who you use and who you have come up against, I will try to get it into an expert list and make that available to members. There was one other issue we discussed. It involved suits by a group called the Center for Religious Expression. If you have been sued by this group let us know. Thanks for participating.
