Results: - The 2013 budget passed with 107 in favor, 3 opposed and 2 abstained. - Michael White was re-elected as Director with 110 in favor. - Marc Lapsley was elected as Director with 101 in favor. - The proposed By-Law amendment did not pass; there were 8 in favor, 98 opposed and 6 abstained.
