Fluid-flow static pressure formula

Dear List,

Does anyone have handy the formula for estimating static pressure in
hose/pipe as a function of inside-diameter and rate of flow?

I've not been able to turn up this info in NZ. I need to know in order to
specify the hose sizes for our fuel transfer system. Some runs are over
35-ft (from port hull tanks to stb hull fuel distribution manifold), and
we are lifting the diesel about 5-ft from tank bottoms to diaphragm fuel
transfer pump.

Many thanks,

Steve
