To All – The first race of the season, Sunday May 6th, is less than three weeks away! Hard to believe… If you wish to race and be counted, please do the following three things: 1) Join the Cruising Fleet. Membership form attached to this e-mail. If you haven’t already then fill out the form, write a check for $20, and mail both to our Treasurer Carmen Yannelli. 2) Renew your PHRF certificate for 2012. Go to www.hryra.org. The process is online and easy this year thanks to Eric Baumes. 3) Let the NBC Race Committee know you are coming. Fill out the Racing Registration form attached to this e-mail and send it to me (Lee Luce). I will then compile a list of sail numbers, names, and which starting division you will be racing in to pass to the Race Committee. Now, you don’t have to do these three things. But if you don’t you shouldn’t be surprised when you’re not scored because you don’t have a PHRF rating, you’re not a registered member of the Cruising Fleet, or the Race Committee doesn’t recognize your boat.
