WORKOUTS ATTENDANCE "REGISTRATION" and WEDNESDAY NIGHT SPIN/STRENGTH
WORKOUT UPDATE...

First, just a reminder that our new "official COVID-19 era" way of
monitoring attendance at our workouts to ensure we are not exceeding
capacity is through the weekly poll you will see posted under
"Announcements", so if you plan to attend a workout, please indicate so by
checking the appropriate box(es) on the survey regardless of whether or not
you said "Going" if an event was also posted.  Our plan is to post a new
poll each weekend for the following week's workouts.

This will be particularly important for our Wednesday night spin workouts
as they are typically our most popular workout and we have a capacity of 13
riders (plus the coach).  For tonight's ride, we currently have 7
registered on the survey and they are listed below.  If you are planning to
attend and you are NOT listed below, we can add 6 additional riders, so
please add yourself via the survey (under Announcements and at the link
below).  And once we reach 13 "Going", we will be maxed out for tonight's
session.

Also, equally important... If you check a box on the survey, the
expectation is that you will attend and consume one of our available spots
and, for coached workouts, will factor into our coach's plans for that
workout.  If you have a change to your plans, it will help us (and other
members that may want to attend a popular workout) greatly if you return to
the survey and remove yourself from the attendance list as early as
possible.

Our current list of attendees for tonight includes... Logan (coach) + 7
riders... Dre Barber, Kristie Bruno, Angela Epelbaum, Paul Kratzinger,
Julie Mullaney, Matt Ritter, and Beth Wysoczanski.  Here is a link to the
