Hello fellow birders,

Is there a good place in CT to send or drop of Swarovski binoculars for cleaning and basic service, like getting the focusing knob cleaned/lubricated, etc.?

Thanks!

The Audubon Shop in Madison CT offers all of the services you need. The best place to buy and see new optics as well.

I contacted Swarovski. Unfortunately they no longer offer this service; it’s only for repairs. You spend $3+k on binos, you would expect some perks. I was looking to purchase another pair for traveling; I think I’ll go with Vortex this time.
