>From Canal Corp: ERIE CANAL LOCK E-12 TO LOCK E-14 Mariners are advised that the Erie Canal between Lock E-12 and Lock E-14 has re-opened with a depth restriction of 7 feet. This section of the Canal will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 13 and will not re-open this year. The remainder of the NYS Canal System will close for the season at 5:00 pm on Friday, November 15 and all vessel traffic must clear the Canal System by 5:00 pm on Sunday, November 17. Fred Tug 44
