Bartell Drugs will start to collect CFLs for free in all 56 stores in King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties as of today. Official kick-off of the program is approximately 9/22 but they have trained their staff and have collection containers in place as of today. They are sending me their application for the TIBN today. 42 stores in King County, 11 in Snohomish and 3 in Pierce. Please feel free to distribute this information widely.
