Hi Mark
We have our wonderful 2003 live aboard Endeavour 44 Trawler Cat
on the market right now unfortunately, and after she sells we'd be
interested in an occasional charter. Did you charter from the Moorings in
Marsh Harbor? How was the boat and the expense? We've spent a good deal
of time in the Abacos aboard our own boat and would like to go back but
it would have to be on a charter. We'd like to hear about your
experience.

Ron,
We did charter through moorings in Marsh Harbor; we rented their Fountain
Pajot Maryland 37. There were 4 adults and 2 kids (14 & 11) on board for 8
days, the boat was surprisingly capable, comfortable, and economical to run
(although somewhat worn out after 5 years in a charter fleet). The charter
was a bit pricey at $6,000 and the boat and dingy were not well prepared
which cost us a days cruising (Moorings did offer to compensate). I would do
it again, but would be much more critical at the front end. I would like to
try a similar trip on their Lion 46 as it looked a great deal more
comfortable.
Regards,
Mark Scott (317) 240 0500
