I have measured the temperature of the solenoid in my propane locker the past two days. The first test was 175 degrees in 98 degree ambient. I tested again last night thinking that that temperature must be wrong. Last night the highest temp was 180.2 in a 99.4 degree ambient. The solenoid is 11 years old, if that matters.
