A member poses the following question: Does your City/County have different rules or preferences in terms of size for displaying U.S. flags or "official flags as defined in state law" on private property versus other noncommercial flags? The member recognizes the Reed v. Town of Gilbert / First Amendment challenges but wanted to pose the question to see if anyone saw any way to create a different size standard for US flags after Reed.
