Today at about 9:55 am there was a young man that came into the neighborhood. He came in and walked to the top of autumn terrace then turned around and started walking back down. When I stopped him to say hello and asked if he was in the neighborhood to sell things. He said he was looking for a friends house but believed that he was in the wrong neighborhood. I told hi ok and to be careful with the wet cold weather. He asked me if I had a lighter for his cigarette. I told him I didn’t. He seemed polite I watched from a distance as he left the front gate then took a right headed towards San Antonio. I did not call the sheriff’s department since he left. My only concern was he was carrying a large backpack with some red and blue tubing sticking out and looked overstuffed.
