Hi there, According to issues.collectionspace.org/browse/CSPACE-5352 Please note that me and Aron implemented and ensured few changes during User creation process. Those changes are going to affect QA strategies. Whenever use is created for the first time -> password is required and should have a proper validation. Whenever user is modified and password is not set -> user information should be updated and saved WITHOUT password modification Whenever user is modified and password is set -> password should have a proper validation & user information should be updated and saved WITH password modification According to UI there is also a difference when you click on the right side bar to select a user in order to modify/delete and freshly created user.
