Good Saturday morning LSR,
one of the great things about LSR is that we have great people and great homes. People love LSR. Our turnover in homes is minimal. Life does happen and circumstances provide the opportunity for others to enjoy our great neighborhood.
Safety to you is a top priority. You, just like I, moved here because it’s a small intimate community but gated. Keeping our gates closed is a key part to who we are. We only open the gates for community garage sales.
As that is the case, the ability of the selling homeowner to allow access to the community is through a sign posted by the front keypad. Not attached to the keypad but separate with the call information for granting access.
Your courtesy in allowing the signs to remain in place for the open house is critical in selling the few homes we have. Open houses are typically Sunday for a couple hours. Remember it is the responsibility of the realtor to only post during the open house. Taking signs down when it is over.
Thank you for making this a great place to call home.
