It's about 25 degrees, there's snow and ice crust all over everything, and
the canal is drained.  So obviously this is the perfect time to think about
flowers.

Judging by the number of flower pots and trays I see on the decks of
trawlers all summer long, I think quite a few of you would be interested in
what grew in my gardens this summer:

After all, some of you cruisers occasionally step up onto land, right?

Wow!  Very beautiful!  I would show the photos to my wife, but then she'd want me to copy our green thumb....wouldn't happen!
