A small section of the western Erie Canal at Albion/Holley is closed because of an embankment collapse. I am aware of two such previous ones over the years, one took a week to fix, the other they were able to mark off and didn't stop traffic at all. No details available yet as to what has happened and to what extent. I'll post an update as information becomes available. Canal Corp is on the job already. Fred Tug 44
