Fred, Your plan seems solid. Please do not let the nay sayers
dissuaded you from your plan. Level is a relative concept. Red wine is
a necessary ingredient to understanding this concept.

I'm sure if you check You'll find the dock is not level and needs to be worked on. Also, by the time the boat settles you can recheck the wine supply and reverify the positioning. I'm sure you'll let us know the results.
