Subject: [Sl] FAA policy on use of state and local aviation fuel tax revenue

Last year, the FAA formally adopted its long-standing policy that revenues from state and local aviation fuel taxes may only be used for airport-related purposes. I've been asked by one of our airport city members what cities and counties in other states are doing related to this policy (seeking federal legislation; considering litigation). Thank you for any help you can provide on this.
