Fellow Municipal Practitioners: I hope that you all had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving! On December 15th, OAMA will be hosting a virtual CLE. Mike Bradley, an experienced attorney in the area of telecommunications, will be the speaker. The CLE will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will be offered at no charge! Adrienne Covington-Graham, our OML Liaison, will be sending out additional information next week. Mr. Bradley will be coordinating with Mike Fina, the OML Executive Director and Chair of the State Broadband Committee, but will also provide an overview of franchises, franchise agreements, use of rights-of-way, and right-of-way agreements.
