Opportunity Overview:
Keeping It Cool Through Change, Challenge, and Conflict Utilizing Art-Making and Creativity Workshop. This virtual workshop will explore art-making and creative experientials intended to boost emotional intelligence and courageous ways of caring for self when experiencing change, challenge, and/or conflict.

  • Participants will need:
    *  Pen/pencil
    *  Blank paper
    *  Coloring materials like crayons, markers, colored pencils
    *  A glass of water
    *  To be logged on from a location you have privacy and comfort.
    Dalisha Phillips - LMHCA, ATR-P is an Artist, Art Therapist, and Abolitionist who finds her freedom in creating, healing through art, and investing in the mental health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities of color. She brings her therapeutic work to education spaces through counseling services for students, teachers, staff, as well as professional development on social and emotional learning and restorative practices. Her private Art Therapy practice, Love Light Energy Art Therapy, can be found in Georgetown, Seattle.
