At the Rainier League of Arts Meeting, Tuesday, May 21st at 7pm, Brett
Carlson will talk about his contemporary collage work...
“Meta-Tinations: The creative reformation of American icon symbols mass
printed primarily on decorative tin vessels. The recycled material is
cut, reshaped and secured on to a wood base creating a contemporary style
collage.”
Brett won the Juror’s Choice Award at the Sun Valley Wine Auction, at
Tacoma Community College, and an Honorable Mention. He has exhibited his
work throughout the Pacific Northwest and California
