On Tuesday, June 12, 6-8 p.m. in City Hall, Room 1-E 108, planners will introduce the Neighborhood Area Planning program, including the proposed planning process, timeline, plan contents and public engagement approach. Residents can ask questions and share their neighborhood's distinctive characteristics, assets and emerging issues. A light dinner will be served. Reservations are required. Sumiyoshi/Continental Property Project Update Here is the June construction schedule for the five story rental apartment complex at our east entrance (the northeast corner of 10th and 100th). The 137-unit apartment building will have two levels of underground parking. What to Expect This Month: Concrete work will continue at the West & South sides of the project. The rooftop penthouses should be complete this month. Drywall is currently being installed on the 1st floor. Cabinets and flooring are being installed on the 2nd floor. The units on the 1st floor are scheduled to get painted this month. CALENDAR ITEMS: Monthly Board Meeting Thursday, June 7th The location will be at Lincoln Square South at WeWorks on the fifth floor. The address is 10400 NE 4th Street, Bellevue WA 98004. To get to the location, park in the underground parking garage at Lincoln Square SOUTH. Then, take the elevator to the second floor. Walk South through the Food Hall to the bank of elevators that will take you to floor #5. The floor is locked, so Rebecca von der Burg will meet you at the elevators from 6:45P-7:15P to unlock access to the fifth floor. If you arrive at the elevators later than 7:15P please call 425.785.7050. See you there!
