Hello I am a visual artist currently looking for studio space in the Tacoma area. I am currently looking at a space that offers 1500 sq ft for $850.00 per month. I have seen similar spaces in the area but this price is a little outside my current budget. I am interested in finding an artist who would like to split a large space with me in order to share rental cost. My budget is $400 - $500 per month.
