Bradford Marine Yacht Sales located on Marina Mile in Fort Lauderdale offers
free dockage in our undercover yacht showroom when we have a central
listing. Minimum value is $300,000. We have the only SHOWROOM exclusively
for brokerage boats in Florida and at any one time we have from 25 to 35
boats and yachts for sale located here at the shipyard. Brokers from other
companies are encouraged to come here and sell these boats and yachts, and
the dockage is still free even we sell on a co-brokerage basis. This is not
a gimmick, the dockage is free, we do not charge when the boat sells or if
the owner decides to take the boat elsewhere. The only charge is for reduced
rate electricity.

We now have a reduced rate insurance program from Atlass Insurance for boats
stored here at our concrete docks with concrete roofing, to help reduce
seller's costs even more.

We advertise on many internet sites and in magazines, we get boats sold. I
tell all my clients that I am not some guy who used to sell refrigerators; I
have had my captain's license for 36 years and sold boats for 15 years, I
have sold many trawlers and other boats over the years.
