What are the obstacles or impediments that are preventing me from

Slow review in one case, three week delay, missed branch date.

General remarks:
C-C tree looking good.
Current known threats from M-C: Dev tools become system add-on.
Since the mozilla57 period started on 2nd Aug., M-C have been removing
a staggering amount of interfaces which has resulted in 1-3 bustages
every day causing 8 hour work days 7/7. Details below.
Next critical item is nsIFilePicker.show() which should be under control.
