A member is dealing with a tax appeal that deals with the valuation of a natural-gas turbine electric power facility. The plaintiff has disclosed a testifying valuation expert named Ann Bulkley who is with The Brattle Group of Boston, Mass. She's a utility appraiser and previously was with Concentric Energy Advisors in Marlborough, Mass. The member will be deposing her and would like to find any available deposition transcripts for Ms. Bulkley.
