Ross's Goose (Ottawa): One was west of Kanata on October 31, another was at Dick Bell Park on November 3, and two were south of Shirley's Bay on November 5. Ross's Goose (Prescott and Russell): A single was at Embrun Sewage Lagoons and five were at St. Isidore Sewage Lagoons on November 5. Greater White-fronted Goose (Bruce): A single bird was photographed in Kincardine on November 3. Greater White-fronted Goose (Peel): A single bird was in Brampton October 31-November 5. BARNACLE GOOSE (Ottawa): Presumably the same bird seen off-and-on this fall was photographed October 31 in Riverside South. King Eider (Hamilton): A female was off Stoney Creek alternating between Grays and Millen Rds November 4-5. King Eider (Toronto): A female was photographed briefly at Colonel Sam Smith Park on November 4. Harlequin Duck (Huron): A single female was reported flying south just north of Grand Bend October 31. Harlequin Duck (Algoma): Up to two birds were off Whitefish Island November 3-5. Harlequin Duck (Durham): Three birds were reported off Thickson's Point November 2 and a single was photographed off Oshawa Second Marsh November 3. Barrow's Goldeneye (Ottawa): A male is present along the Rideau River in the vicinity of the Rideau Tennis Club October 31-November 5 while a female was seen off Andrew Haydon Park November 4. Barrow's Goldeneye (Renfrew): A female was reported on Lake Dore on October 31. Barrow's Goldeneye (Hamilton): A male was again reported in Stoney Creek of Grays Rd October 31-November 5. Barrow's Goldeneye (Durham): A male was photographed off Bonniebrae Pt in Oshawa October 31. Eared Grebe (Toronto): One bird was photographed November 5 at Colonel Sam Smith Park. Purple Sandpiper (Toronto): One bid was at Tommy Thompson Park on October 30 and three were there on October 31. Purple Sandpiper (Niagara): Up to three birds were at the Port Weller pier October 30-November 3. Purple Sandpiper (Durham): One bird was reported at Darlington Provincial Park October 30 and another was photographed at Thickson's Point November 3, with three birds there on November 4. Purple Sandpiper (Essex): One bird was photographed at the tip of Point Pelee October 31. Purple Sandpiper (Northumberland): One bird was reported at Presqu'ile on November 3. Black-legged Kittiwake (Huron): One bird was photographed headed south just north of Grand Bend on November 2. Black-legged Kittiwake (Ottawa): One bird was photographed at Bate Island on November 2. Black-legged Kittiwake (Lambton): One bird was photographed at Ipperwash Beach November 1. Another bird was at Forest Sewage Lagoons November 2. Black-legged Kittiwake (Niagara): One bird was in Fort Erie November 2. SLATY-BACKED GULL (Peel): One bird was reported October 31 at Marie Curtis Park in Mississauga. GLAUCOUS-WINGED GULL (Huron): One possible bird was photographed in flight north of Grand Bend on November 2. Pacific Loon (Simcoe): At least one bird continued off the Barrie waterfront October 30-November 5. Pacific Loon (Huron): One bird was reported flying south just north of Grand Bend on October 31. MAGNIFICENT FRIGATEBIRD (Chatham-Kent, Essex): An adult female was seen and photographed headed west along the lakeshore from Erieau and a few points further west on November 4 and then was seen November 5 in Sturgeon Creek. American White Pelican (Essex): Two birds were seen at Point Pelee on November 3. Cattle Egret (Waterloo): One bird was found in Hawkesville and was present at least October 31-November 5. CAVE SWALLOW (Essex): One bird was at Point Pelee October 31-November 2. Lark Sparrow (Ottawa): One bird was seen by many on October 31 at Tunney's Pasture. LeConte's Sparrow (Nipissing): A single bird was photographed at the Spruce Bog Boardwalk Trail in Algonquin Park November 4. SPOTTED TOWHEE (York): A single bird was photographed coming to a private feeder in Vaughan November 2-3 (at least). No public access is available to view this bird. Palm Warbler (Yellow) (Bruce): One bird was reported near Miller Lake October 30. Palm Warbler (Yellow) (Prince Edward): One bird was reported at Point Petre October 30. Palm Warbler (Yellow) (Toronto): One bird was photographed at High Park October 31.
