Inspiration for the day:

Ninety-four years ago, Detroit, a 35-foot gasoline-powered yacht,
crossed the Atlantic from New York to Ireland in 21 days 16 hours.

Ten years earlier, the first crossing under power took place. Driven
by a gasoline engine, the 38-foot Abiel Abbot Low crossed from New
York to Falmouth, England, in 38 days.
