Anyone have any information on this meter? From what I can tell, it appears to be a 1281 that has been modified to do only ACV measurement and had the banana jacks replaced with an N connector. I wasn't able to find any manuals online. Two of them showed up on "the bay" this week (160497881633, which just ended and sold for USD $985, and 170557837074, bid currently at USD $35). Both apparently power-up but fail the power-on self test. Thanks. Randy.
