Let's take a look at the mold issue that has the media and the legal community in a feeding frenzy. Unfortunately, if you are in a construction related business, it can involve you.
Mold is a fungus that moves via air currents. Generally, mold requires just three things to grow; an organic base, moisture and air above freezing temperatures. Mold will grow in total darkness it does not require light. We can find it growing in the basement behind furred and paneled walls, or under floor covering beside a bathtub.
