Quins.

I shall start rolling 7s rugby training from tomorrow - Wed, Thurs this week, then Tues & Thurs ongoing

For those of you who are interested, please show up.

Those who want to compete for a place in the Black Dragon squad, there are still a couple of openings available.

Harlequins 7s will run in tandem with the BD program - there is no degradation of coaching - the key differential is the BD players get more 1:1 time with me and we develop a personal training profile for each of those players.

This Saturday, 9-10 we are running a Black Dragon camp at Cook - 2 full days - Quins players are welcome to attend. Camp starts 0930 and finishes around 4pm with a break for lunch.

Both days will focus on some skills and a lot of strategy / game play activity

As I would like to put some $ back into the club kitty, there will be a small admin charge of $20 per person for NON BD squad members.

Additionally, we have 8-9 out of state players arriving Friday evening who need hosting - if you can spare a bed / sofa for a couple of nights that would be much appreciated - players are all male, aged 19 - 28
