Monday the 24th of February 2020 will be the next meeting of the creative freelance social networking group Freelance Fandango. Meetings begin at 11 and will last for two hours until 1:00. Freelance Fandango is open to ALL creatives who wish to escape the isolation of their work and gather with others to share tips, provide show and tell, and learn what is happening in Tacoma's unique art scene. Freelance Fandango meetings are sponsored by the Graphic Artists Guild, a national organization formed to enable graphic artists and other design professionals to buil d and maintain successful careers by providing skills and support on the daily tasks of running a creative business and advocating for the creative community with business and government leaders. Guild members will be provided a free coffee when attending. Throughout 2020 at our regular meeting location, the conference room within the Red Elm Cafe at 1114 MLK Jr Way in Tacoma, WA 98405 from eleven to one. You are encouraged you to attend, enjoy some coffee and waffles with other creative freelance professionals, share recent accomplishments, ask advice, learn tips and tricks of the trade and show off great work. Attendees are also encouraged to work on projects if they feel the need to. We all completely understand. Why work alone in your studio when for an hour a week you can switch it up with people that are living the same schedule. Every freelancer has a little Fandango in them. Come share your talents and your time with other like-minded individuals. This event is free and open to the public. On Federal Holidays Freelance Fandango takes a breather.
