Best Wishes for a SAFE Weekend... In case you are not already aware, the Spring Valley YMCA is officially closed for the next two weeks starting today. Along with that will be the cancellation of our regular indoor workouts including... • Monday/Wednesday evening and Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday morning swims • Tuesday/Thursday evening spin/strength sessions • Saturday morning trainer workouts • Monday evening run workouts As the weather permits and depending on the overall situation around Coronavirus, we may offer some uncoached outdoor group rides/runs during this period... If we do, this Facebook group is the best place to stay in the loop. Part of our club leadership team met last night to discuss our path forward...
