Michigan actually has a requirement for a grey-water tank, but I’ve never seen it checked or enforced. I doubt if one in a hundred boats in Michigan has a grey-water tank. Years ago, I bought a sailboat made in Michigan that had a useless (1 gallon) grey water tank, just to be legal. Don’t think I every used it. Ron
