2025 Georgia Archives Institute
The application for the 2025 Georgia Archives Institutehttps://www.georgiaarchivesinstitute.org/ is now open! The deadline to apply is March 15.
The Institute will be held June 2-13, 2025, at the Georgia Archives, located in Morrow, GA, just outside of Atlanta. Christina Zamon, Head of Special Collections and Archives at Georgia State University, will serve as the primary instructor. Preservation of Archival Materials will be taught by Tina Seetoo, Preservation Manager at Delta Flight Museum. Born-Digital and Digital Preservation will be taught by Katherine Fisher, Head of Digital Archives, Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, & Rare Book Library, Emory University.
Tuition is $550 and enrollment is limited to 20 students. There is an application fee of $75, but if your application is not successful, your fee will be refunded.
